The Effective Leadership Programme has been developed specifically for senior managers in privately-owned Hawke’s Bay businesses who want to refine their leadership skills and contribute more to the performance of the business.
The programme consists of six half-day workshops held over three months where you’ll learn from and with experienced facilitators, topic experts, guest speakers and other senior managers. Over this time you’ll acquire new skills, gain a clear sense of direction, set strategic goals and gain the support and accountability to implement these within the business.
At the start and end of the programme you and the owner-manager of the business will meet with an Icehouse coach, who will ensure that the goals align with the business strategy and that you are on the right path to success.
